 NOT CONTRIBUTIONS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT COORDINATED WITH THE CANDIDATE OR OTHER POLITICAL COMMITTEE.  MUST ADVOCATE FOR OR AGAINST A CLEARLY IDENTIFIED CANDIDATE(S) OR CANDIDATES OF A CLEARLY IDENTIFIED POLITICAL PARTY.  NO LIMITATIONS ON FUNDING.  ADDITIONAL REPORTING AND MEDIA REQUIREMENTS.
