Add Product or Process Requirements
Insert Requirement break to separate multiple Requirements
Enter Potential Failure Mode Select Yes to add to database when prompted
To add an additional Potential Failure Mode Select Cell (new row will be added UNDERNEATH selected cell) Select Insert row from Menu
Enter 1 to add 1 row UNDERNEATH cell selected Select OK
New row is inserted UNDERNEATH
Enter Failure Mode Insert Failure Mode break to separate the two different failure modes
Select yes
Failure Mode break is now inserted
You can select an item from the Database if already entered before
Insert Failure Effect break to separate multiple Failure Effects
