Cold sores? Cold Sores are also known as fever blisters, they are groups of blisters formed around the mouth.
What are they? To put it out as simple as possible, Cold Sores are Herpes.
Symptoms? The first symptoms of cold sores may include pain around your mouth and on your lips, a fever, a sore throat, or swollen glands in your neck or other parts of the body. Some people have the virus but don't get cold sores. They have no symptoms.
Treatments Treatments of medicine are given, but only for the pain. Medicine will only speed up the process of getting rid of Cold Sores by about 1- 2 days. The average time it takes to get rid of them is around 2 weeks.
