Warrior in Transition Complex Fort Bliss, TX Project Description Design and construct a Warrior In Transition Complex - consisting of a 232 person barracks, Battalion HQ Administration Facility, and a Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC), to support two companies Impact Provide support for wounded warriors and their families while transitioning within or out of active military service.
