All our processes are well documented - right from understanding the stated and implied needs of the customers, translating it into manufacturing process design and quality plans, ensuring good process controls, testing & inspection of the first off samples etc.,   We monitor our production through process capability study, a 100 % SPC online Shop Floor. All the Instruments used are periodically calibrated against National standards in order to ensure accuracy. We have full knowledge of PPAP. CAR & PAR Systems are in place and through analysis and reporting is carried out for Customer Feedbacks/Complaints .
