Demand for Environmental Engineers -This field has taken off since the Clean Water Act (CWA) and Clean Air Act (CAA) -Nearly 55,000 people hold jobs in environmental engineering, mostly in urban industrial settings -There are current job postings in Rochester

Education -Many New York State colleges and universities offer environmental engineering, including: -SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry -University at Buffalo -NY Institute of Technology

Salary -Average Salary is between $50k and $75k -Salary will steadily increase up to $100k or more with experience
