In today’s lesson we are going to learn about the food groups. After this lesson you will all have a better knowledge of what proper foods will benefit you for your growth and development. Are you ready to drop that candy bar and pick up an apple? With the help of one another, we will all be able to make the healthy transition together! LETS BEGIN! Introduction Conclusion Evaluation Process Task

You are a healthy active child who has a new baby brother or sister. 1.) Write a short journal entry about what you would say to your sibling when they get older about eating healthy. 2.) Also, identify the food groups and the daily serving to be eaten for each group by making a poster of the appropriate food groups that you can show to your sibling when they reach the appropriate age to understand.
