Get ready for data cleaning and mapping – Do an internal quality review of your data – Ensure that every person receiving care in your clinic has a record created and the correct diagnosis assigned – Generate your HDS report for 2008 Compile a preliminary list of all staff that will be logging in to the web version Designate a primary administrator – Good working knowledge of the database – Will have full access to your database – Ensure that digital certificates are active
