FRA Workforce Development Initiative Presentation Title: Federal Railroad Administration Workforce Development Initiative Background: The FRA-WDT was organized by the Office of Research & Development in response to the DOT National Transportation Workforce Development Strategy Initiative and consists of representatives of FRA and academia, as well as Workforce Development consultants.
