s this an urgent case? Feedback Home Based Care – Feedback to Providers Following the recent Procurement exercise to establish a new framework agreement from 2012 to 2014, Surrey County Council (SCC) have produced feedback which we hope all Providers will find of assistance when submitting bids for future tender opportunities with SCC or NHS Surrey. This feedback focuses on comments from the evaluation panel and gives both specific and generic advice for providers to follow when writing future bid submissions.

s this an urgent case? Specification Clearly read the specification Understand the requirements of the service Ask questions if you’re unsure of any part of the specification Requirements Each specification will contain a number of ‘themes’ which focus the priorities of the service Where referenced as part of a question, respond to each theme in turn, providing clear examples of how you meet the requirement Recognise where themes overlap. For example, dignity in care should be referenced in every answer relating to delivery of care Clarifications Clarifications’ are a two way form of communication during a tender exercise You can be sure you have correctly understood the requirements of the service We can identify any areas of the specification that may not be clear and can make amendments (if appropriate) Home Based Care – Feedback to Providers

s this an urgent case? We want your feedback Home Based Care – Feedback to Providers Surrey County Council and NHS Surrey are always looking for ways to improve how we tender for contracts We want to hear from you, regarding your experience of the tender process. Any feedback received will be shared with the Commissioning Service and Procurement Teams so that we can consider the ways in which we can improve our approach in future
