Success often begins during your first log-on! One probation officer responsible for monitoring program attendance has experienced a 100% success rate locating non-compliant probationers through the JusticeXchange watch feature.

Within one hour of beginning an investigation to verify addresses of non-compliant sex offenders, 40 offender addresses were verified, most in local facilities throughout the state. A sex offender failed to verify his address. A possible address was found in JX, but the subject was no where to be found. A watch was placed on the offender, and three weeks later, he was booked in the Buncombe Co. jail. Durham Co. was notified via .

When checking active warrants against JX, we realized that 48% of the individuals had been through local facilities once and sometimes twice since the warrant issue date. Durham is realizing manpower/resource savings monthly! We currently average 72 confirmed locates per month.
