GeoS-NetAfrica  GeoS-NetAfrica: African Experts Network for Environmental Monitoring - Surveillance  GeoS-NetAfrica was established on Nov during a regional GEONETCast AGRICAB workshop in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso)  Main objective: To contribute to strengthening capacities and to create platforms for the acquisition, harmonization, valorization and sharing of geo-spatial data for decision-making related to environmental monitoring in Africa

Future activities  Granted ‘MESA Training’ contract, continental training on geo-information for Africa  Involved in ‘GMES and Africa Water Service’, hope to play a role in this future programme as well
