 Provide access to higher education opportunities  Enable learners to develop knowledge and skills  Achieve personal, professional goals  Improve productivity in their respective organizations  Offer leadership and service to their communities  Develop communication, critical thinking, and collaboration competencies among the student body  Bridge the gap between theory and practice via faculty practitioners  Assess student learning and use of assessment data 3
