Szklarska Poręba is a very old city. There is a biggest Polish waterfall there. It is 27m high. The waterfall has got 3 floors. In the past the waterfall was higher, but water destroyed one floor

Castle in Ksiaz was built in 13th century to defence important road by Bolko. Hochberg family destroyed it in 16th century. In 19th century English lady repaired it. This lady made very beautiful park around the castle.

The oldest Polish gold mine was in Złoty Stok. There was underground mine for 700 years. 10% of all European gold was mined in Złoty Stok in 16th century. The mine was opened in 1998 for tourists. Tourists can go in 15th century corridor.

Eagle Nests is a series of castles, build on Cracow- Częstochowa Plateau. King Kazimierz Wieki built these castles to defend south part of his kingdom. People built castles on the hills and now we can look at amazaing views from the castles. The castles were destroyed in Polish-Swedish war in 17th century.

The Bieszczady are the wildest mountains in Poland. There is Bieszczadzki National Park. We can see there a lot of uncommon plants and animals. If you want to relax in a quiet place, you should go to the Bieszczady.

Salt mine in Wieliczka is the most amazing place in Poland. Princess Kinga created Wieliczka in 12th century. In this mine we can see beautiful sculptures. The sculptures are made of salt. There is a very beautiful St. Kinga’s chapel inside.

Białowieża National Park is the oldest National Park in Poland. Kings since 14th century have protected these trees. Białowieża National Park is the biggest natural habitat of bisons in Europe. We can see very old trees in Białowieża National Park, too.

Thousand lake is the area, where we can see lots of lakes. There are a lot of islands, harbours and beaches. It is the center of water sports. There are some castles, too. There are a lot of species of birds.

Biebrzański National Park is the biggest wetland in Poland. There are many species of water birds. There are military fortress from the First World War. We can see Monuments of the Defenders of Wizna.

Wolin National Park is the largest sea island in Poland. Wolin was an important city in 10th century. The town on the Wolin Island has a long history and many monuments. Wolin organizes Viking Festival every year. Sea eagle is the symbol of Wolin National Park.

Polish seaside has got a very long history. Gdanśk was very important port in 15th century. Teutonic knights were owners of the western part of the seaside and they built a lot of castles in their kingdom. Now we can watch these castles in good condition.

In Poland we can find beautiful sandy beaches. There are amazing cliffs with lovely views. In Poland there are not only beautiful beaches. There are churches, castles and a lot of monuments. Sand dunes are one of the biggest atracttions.
