Contents Introduction P.3 Olympic Village P.4 What does green mean? P.5 Our feeling P.6

Introduction Energy conservation means making good use of energy, using energy properly, and improving the use of energy to its best result.. Energy consumption in our daily life includes heat- supply, air-con, hot-water, etc. Therefore the Olympic venues should conform to the sustainable development and adopt efficient technology to conserve energy and use energy properly, such as using advanced architecture to decrease the heat radiation, making good use of solar energy, natural ventilation and possible technology to conserve energy.

Olympic Village High-level insulation for enclosure structure: further designing and optimizing enclosure structure to lower 30% of energy consumption, the basis of JGJ26-95 standard so as to approximate to the requirements of current architecture energy consumption standard in the developed countries.

What does green mean? Green means looking after the natural world. Let’s colour our natural environment green. We should grow more trees to give out more fresh air and produce less harmful air from factories, cars, etc. Making good use of energy, using energy properly. Using recycling bin efficiently. Rubbish bins – help to differentiate different types of rubbish so that paper, cans and plastics can be recycled and reused.

Our feeling We like doing this project because we are happy working together. After doing this project, we can learn more about recycling knowledge. We will do our best to look after our world. The End
