Who I am : Born in: Parents, brothers and sisters, other family. What do they do? Any family tradition that is important? (singing, music, sports, crafts). How long in have I lived in town? Schools attended:

My favorite things, sports or other activities, food, visiting places or family etc.

Things I am good at and I don’t know how I got them. Things I am good at because I have trained or practiced a lot. (Playing an instrument, drawing, singing, cooking, fixing things)

Things I have never done but I’m dying to try. (skydiving, traveling abroad)

This is what I want to be or do when I am independent : – Work in a particular area: Health related, construction or landscaping, teaching, transportation, food industry, engineering (machine building, installation or repair) – own a business (what kind? This is where I am doing my internship: Name and type of place, location (professional office, school, business, address, include pictures of place, people working there). What service does it provide to the community? Who owns it or runs it. How many years it has been running. What are the activities at this place. How many people work there? What is the schedule?

This is what I have learned (continued): – The people that come to to (buy receive help etc.) are – It takes # hours to do or job. – # pieces are processed, stored, made, applied, installed in ### hours. OR… – This many people are seen, helped in one day. – The price of the,, I am involved with is $ ### dollars OR there is no charge because it is part of another larger activity.

What do I think about the internship: – It has helped me to understand the business – It has been to short for me to be able to tell – I plan to finish this internship and hope that by the end I will understand, know more. Etc.
