Presidential Management Training Program Presidential Management Training Program is a leader of the professional business education for managers  Started in 1997 (the President of the Russian Federation proclaimed it to be established on July, 23rd, 1997, No. 774)  Head of the program in St. Petersburg: Vice-governor of St. Petersburg – Sergey Vyazalov  Best Universities of St. Petersburg provide participants of this project with: Programs Advanced, Basic and Qualification Programs: management marketing finances and credit innovation management project management social and health care management  Internship programs in Russia and abroad  About 3500 graduates during these years 10

Management Training Program in Russia for managers from abroad According to the President’s decree №985 (09/09/2006), exchange training Program for foreign Top-managers St. Petersburg State Institution «Interregional Resource center» was created. It became the provider of Training Program for foreign managers in Russia on the basis of the State contract with Ministry of Economic development and Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. The pilot project was realized in St. Petersburg for the first time. 139 Top-managers took part in this Program: 5 groups from Germany in St-Petersburg - 80 German managers 1group from Finland – 14 Finnish managers 1 group from France – 13 French managers 3 groups from Norway – 32 Norwegian managers 12
