Management Training Program in Russia for managers from abroad According to the President’s decree №985 (09/09/2006), exchange training Program for foreign Top-managers St. Petersburg State Institution «Interregional Resource center» was created. It became the provider of Training Program for foreign managers in Russia on the basis of the State contract with Ministry of Economic development and Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
