CONNECT high-achieving students and young professionals with structured opportunities to intern and work for great start- up companies and leading entrepreneurs DEVELOP outstanding young professionals through rigorous training and mentorship programs; GUIDE talented individuals towards high standards and a clear vision of their career path PROMOTE IDGVV and our portfolio companies’ brands to the youth community, especially those passionate about entrepreneurship NURTURE and PROMOTE students and young professionals who are passionate about entrepreneurship INSPIRE and PROVIDE them with leadership and entrepreneurship skills for future career success BUILD world-class companies with a large and expanding pool of talent VISION MISSION ESTABLISH a large pool of talent known as “IDGVV Fellows.” They will become a strong asset for human resources, both for IDGVV and our portfolio companies PROMOTE our brand name to the youth community through our IDG Ventures Vietnam Internship Program 2 OUR VISION, MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OBJECTIVES

Offer a rigorous training program with instruction and guidance from industry experts Have a chance to learn entrepreneurship, soft skills and technical skills, led by IDGVV Explore entrepreneurship and start-up companies, understand their business environments and get a sense of how a start-up works Provide a comprehensive support network of mentors to ensure a successful summer for the interns Conduct Roundtable discussions with entrepreneurs, business, and educational leaders aimed to educate participants about the company, industry, working environment in Vietnam and career development Connect young professionals and outstanding undergraduates and graduates with leading entrepreneurs and great start-up companies in Vietnam for a 3- month internship Provide participants an avenue to explore the business environment in Vietnam firsthand INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 3 IDGVV FELLOWS PROGRAM TRAINING PROGRAM MENTORSHIP AND NETWORKING

Time duration  Internship program from June 4 to August 31, 2012  Potential for full-time offers Program Eligibility  Outstanding and high-achieving third-year and final-year undergraduates and recent graduates (less than 3 years) from Vietnam and overseas  Majors: Computer Science/ IT, Business, Sales & Marketing and related fields Recruitment process  A highly selective recruitment process comprised of one preliminary application screening and 1 or 2 interview rounds with IDGVV and our portfolio companies  Recruitment timeline: April – May 15, 2012 Potential Employers 4 ABOUT IDGVV INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The training program is comprised of Entrepreneurship skills, Soft skills and Technical skills training The training program takes place every 2 weeks during 3 months of the internship program = 6 training sessions Mentorship: o Provide a comprehensive support network of mentors o Mentors would be IDGVV Partners/ VPs/ Associates and managers from our portfolio firms o Mentors support IDGVV fellows during and after the internship program Networking: o Speakers from IDGVV and our respective portfolio companies o Guest speakers with distinctive backgrounds from a variety of sectors About Mentorship and Networking 5 ABOUT THE TRAINING PROGRAM

Conduct Performance Assessment with Portfolios’ HRM on Interns’ performance. Confirm fulltime offers with HRM. Provide Interns with Certification of completing IDGVV Internship Program.
