Emphasize the equity challenge, Going beyond awareness and advocacy to ownership and critical intervention at the local level Shift from focusing on poor countries to poor peoples Where inequity and poverty are most frankly expressed. Concentrate efforts on the most vulnerable municipalities Agreement ECLAC/CELADE for sub national mappings. Work on all the MDGs from the health perspective, understanding the principle of indivisibility and synergy in community work.
