Experience in Serving Physically Challenged Customers Provided accessible service since 1984 Each SuperShuttle city operates accessible equipment Currently have approximately 80 accessible vehicles in our nationwide fleet Accepted and provided service to over 14,000 ADA passengers in past year

Department of Justice Department of Justice conducted an ADA compliance review in 2001 and 2002 SuperShuttle was found to be materially in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, however recommendations were made: o A minimum of 2 ADA vehicles per location o Better data collection process tracking service standards o Quarterly reporting for 24 months

Primarily use Ford E-350 Lift made by Braun Corporation In floor lifts Under vehicle Lifts In vehicle lifts Type of Equipment

 GPS technology is standard stuff  Mapping systems are standard as are turn by turn directions  Auto routing is available  Voice communications using cellular Dispatch Today

All transportation providers should be required to have ADA equipment in their fleet Extend service life of ADA equipment beyond the normal mandated airport replacement schedule Providers should have signed sub contract agreements with paratransit service

All tr Payment Options Today

Almost all airport shared ride contracts have language that addresses transportation providers service to the physically challenged. As the goal is to provide equivalent service, mandates need to be clearly communicated, enforced and reasonable. ADA Mandates

All transportation providers should be required to have ADA equipment in their fleet Do not require providers to have a larger inventory of ADA vehicles than their demand dictates o Large financial impact o Lower utilization Extend service life of ADA equipment beyond the normal mandated airport replacement schedule Providers should have signed sub contract agreements with paratransit service companies in the event service requests exceed vehicle inventory Recommendation on Mandates
