I’m a young professional finally out of school and starting my career seeking a clean well maintained studio / 1 BR apartment close to work because I’ll be too tired to drive home I want to consider all available units but once I see how much it costs to rent, I may opt to buy a modest condo if I can qualify for a mortgage.
