Today we currently have 189 FSEs of which 94 have Grease Interceptors. As a result of this program, we’ve accomplished eliminating FOG related SSOs from 1-2 a year to virtually none.
This program includes a permit issued to each FSE of which they must comply with all Rules & Regulations. Part of the compliance includes two inspections annually and records of quarterly G.I. pump outs.
