Laundry Duty at the RAC An Instructional Guide for SUCCESS Students!

Washing Clothes: Step 1 Get to the RAC on UMBC’s Campus!

Washing Clothes: Step 2 Locate gloves and put them on before doing any laundry.

Washing Clothes: Step 3 Collect dirty laundry from YELLOW bins.

Washing Clothes: Steps 4 & 5 Decide what type of clothes you are washing and select the corresponding number on the machine.

REMEMBER: Each Washing Machine Has a Different Number Selection!

Washing Clothes: Steps 6&7 Use the up and down arrows to match the number selection. Press the green start button.

Drying Clothes: Step 1 Clean the lint from the dryer.The lint should look like this:

Drying Clothes: Steps 2&3 Choose which cycle you are drying. Type the cycle number into the dial pad on dryer and press start.

Steps for Drying Clothes in the Stadium Step 1: Determine which dry cycle you are using and take note of cycle temperature and heat time. Step 2: Select dry cycle temperature and heat time by using the dial pad arrows.

REMEMBER: Always fold the towels!
