Personal Care (TX ONLY) Toileting Dressing Bathing Diapering Eating (Assisted Feeding) Grooming Orientation and Mobility Laundry Communication Behavior Management Personal Care services include a range of human assistance provided to persons with disabilities or chronic conditions which enables them to accomplish tasks that they would normally do for themselves if they did not have a disability. Activities include but are not limited to the following:

Personal Care (TX ONLY) Caseload Management – Make sure students are divided up amongst the staff when entering in session notes. Entering Session Data – Either each user enter data or use the Data Entry Role. Support Service Time Out Sheet – If needed, have a time out sheet available in the room in order for support personnel to track their minutes. To get a log go to: “Time Away from Student” – Look for this box in order to enter the minutes indicated on the Time Out Sheet.
