Landscape & Exterior This property has everything you expect to see in Muskoka. Tall pine trees, Muskoka rock face and beautiful waterfront.

Waterfront Gradual slope to the waterfront. Sandy beach well equipped with a dock, fire pit, sand toys, water toys, loungers, dingy, paddle boat, and canoe. Water drops off gradually which makes it great for children who like to wade and play in the water. Fish from the dock or paddle boat (Power Boat NOT included)

Main Level The great room includes a very well equipped kitchen (Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Small Appliances, Dishes, etc.) and the living area which is equipped with an airtight wood stove, a TV/VCR/DVD combo, sofa, loveseat and a large picture window overlooking the lake. From the great room there is a walkout to the large deck with a BBQ, patio table and a great lake view. Off of the great room there is a main floor bedroom with a queen size bed also with a lake view.

Upper Level There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the upper level of the cottage. The blue bedroom shown on the left has 1 Queen Size Bed and 2 Twin Size Beds, Walk in Closet, Dresser and Sink. The beige room shown below has 1 Queen Size Bed, Dresser and a Closet. The bathroom is a 4 piece, plus a laundry sink.

Additional Information 3 Km from Port Carling Amenities include: Ambulance and Fire Stations, Grocery Store, Pharmacy, Gift Shops, Restaurants, Bank, Golf Courses, Boat Rentals, Children’s Playground Equipment, Conservation Areas etc. 20 Km from Bracebridge Amenities include: Hospital, Grocery Stores, Drug Stores, Gift Shops, Restaurants, Department Stores, Banks, Golf Courses, Horse Back Riding, Santa's Village, Conservation Areas etc.

Refunded within 2 weeks after rental assuming the cottage is left in the condition it was found in.
