When? Start NOW!! Set goals Project a timeline Begin a routine

Why? Being organized: reduces stress gives you time to eat right gives you time to exercise reduces accidents allows you to breathe better can make you and others happier

How? Close your eyes and take a deep breath Start somewhere What’s bothering you the most? Focus on a little bit at a time Ask someone to bug you Bribe yourself
