Price List: Association Members Accommodation Camping and Visits Waddow Hall 2010 Training and Activity Centre BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY All bookings should be made on the booking form provided. A deposit is required to confirm a booking and must be paid within one month of making a reservation. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations made between two to three months before the starting date of intended stay half the full amount will be payable. For cancellations made within two months from the starting date of intended stay the full amount will be payable. Groups are strongly advised to take out insurance cover in the event of cancellation. For camping and self-catering buildings balances must be paid in full prior to departure. For full-board accommodation the balance must be paid two months prior to arrival. Campsites are subject to a minimum charge per night. Waddow Hall reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure). No refund can be made in respect of a stay terminated before due departure date.
