Project Overview/ Description Northern Panay Tourism Development Circuit LGSP-LED Assisted Project Project Overview/ Description Project Proponents Provincial Government of Antique LIPASECU (Libertad, Pandan, Sebaste and Culasi) Baywide Management Council Municipality of Tibiao A development, packaging, marketing and promotions of the community-based ecotourism circuit in Northern Antique which is severely devastated by typhoon Yolanda and link it to Boracay and Northern Aklan tourism corridor, which aims to extend the benefits of the tourist arrivals from Boracay, Northern Aklan to Northern Antique and combine both provinces’ efforts to link community-based tourism activities to the existing industry and market opportunities in the resort-island of Boracay.
