As for types of production, there are a total of 43 producers local estates that have the label (Catalan Council organic farming), and the Bread of Saint Julian with PI (Integrated Production).

Cabbage paperina The form is oval. The leaves have a pointed ending. Its color is green and yellow. It has an intense flavor but also soft and sweet. It has seven or eight leaves and we eat them boiled.

This variety of unknown origin is grown in the Agricultural Park in Sabadell. Its production is characteristic for the use of organic fertilizer (manure), and is a dry product collected in early July. Their flavor is more intense, which differentiates it from other varieties of chickpeas. Menut chickpeas

Cottage cheese Ullastrell Cheese made with goat pasteurized milk. Virgin olive oil fromUllastrell Olive oil made from Arbequina olive, cultivated in Ullastrell. Bright yellow. 100% natural, dense and tasty, with aromas that remind of grass, tomato leaves and green almonds.

Mistela wine Mistelle is sometimes used as an ingredient in fortified wines, particularly Vermouth, Marsala and Sherry, though it is used mainly as a base for apéritifs. It is produced by adding alcohol to non-fermented or partially fermentes grape juice.
