Our Trip to England 2014

Monday 03/03/2014 We met at the starting point at 6.50 am and left Pontoise by coach at 7.20 am to go to Calais. We arrived at am. Then, we crossed the Channel in the Shuttle to arrive in Folkestone. After we had lunch on the parking of a supermarket and we left for london. Once we arrived in london, we visited the Science Museum. After the visit, we went to our family in Banbury. We ate cottage pie and fruit yogurt.

Tuesday 04/03/2014 In the morning we went to Stratford-Upon–Avon to do a guided tour of the town centre. We had lunch in a park just before having time for shopping. Then we visited the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.We saw many costumes.They were gorgeous! Finally we returned to our family, we ate pasta and chocolate mousse.

Wednesday 05/03/2014 In the morning, we took the coach to go to Chipping Campden and we did a free tour of the Costwolds. Then we had lunch in a little hall market. After we went to Startford-Upon-Avon to visit Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Anne Hathaway’s cottage. Finally, we returned to our family, we ate Fish and Chips, mushy and ice cream.

Friday 07/03/2014 In the morning, we took the coach to go to London. First we visited Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and we walked from there to the Tower of London. Then we crossed the amazing Tower Bridge, and finally we took the shuttle to return to France. On our way back, we stopped on the parking again to eat sandwiches.
