 500 g plain flour  500 g meal  170 g sugar  4 yolks  250 g butter  50 ml vegetable oil  1 teaspoon of salt  500 ml milk  70 g yeast  1 teaspoon of rum (it isn´t necessary)

We need for make leaven: › Mix: milk,1 teaspoon of sugar, a little plain flour and yeast

 Before leaven(ing) rise, pulp sugar with butter and add yolks. Afterwards add leaven(ing), oil, salt and plain flour and make thick, unsticky dough.  Leave this on warm place covered with clean dishcloth  Until it rises in warm, prepare streusel and filling

 200g butter or vegetable fat (Hera)  200g meal  150g confectioner`s sugar › Mix it together
