Why do we eat? Nutrition - the main source of life. Nutrition - an important factor in normal growth and development of the pupils. Proper nutrition promotes normal growth of neuro-psychological development of students, increases the body's resistance to infectious diseases, and improves performance. Food source of energy and the desired construction material for cells and tissues. The food - a reason for people's communication. Food - a treatment for many diseases.

A person should consume Most water (1.5-2 liters per day) Carbohydrate (0.5 kg per day) Protein (0.2 kg per day) Fat (20-50g per day) Vitamins and minerals
