Columbus’ Biggest Losers Point System The total weight of the team will be used to determine the percentage of weight loss throughout the program. 1pt for Fitness Center Class 2pts per HAWC class.
Peterson’s Biggest Losers Point System Example 1 Point per pound Activities attended = 2 (2pts) Classes attended = 1 (1pts) 50 pounds lossed Total all point at the end of quarter
Peterson’s Biggest Losers Celebration At the end of quarter, the the male and female biggest losers will receive a prize.
Peterson’s Biggest Loser Rules The participants can include active duty, civilians, contract, retirees, or dependants (18 and over). The member that gains the most points wins. If a member drops out of the program, the last weigh-in weight will be used. Each participant must weigh-in on the designated dates and times. TBA by the HAWC A member will gain points for weight loss and participation in scheduled activities.
