Getting things going Setup

Let’s start with a tip! Attendance records are based on Room Use records Make certain Room Use is accurate before initiating Attendance Tracking

From the course screen Track Attendance

Once the majority of students are registered Create Attendance

Have a late enrollee? Enroll the final students, & click Create Attendance again. This will only create records for anyone entered since the last time you clicked Create Attendance

Enter records for a single date, or for all sessions

Recording Attendance Fill in the default session hours to make entry faster

Recording Attendance Record hours, an attendance code (reason for discrepancy) and a grade

Recording Attendance When finished, click OK to save your entries and close the window

Custom Records

Why custom records? Custom records allow you to record lab or clinical hours that may be unique to each student. It’s also handy for makeup hours

From the Record Attendance Screen, choose “Add Custom Date”

Identify which student records require custom dates Or, select all students

Add the new date

New date appears with other records

Reporting

Reporting with F11

Attendance Reporting Additional Attendance reports are available Check with your tech if you don’t see what you need
