Network Code Overview and Status February 2013 The third legislative package for the internal energy market (Third Package), calls for ENTSO-E to undertake the drafting of network codes on the basis of framework guidelines adopted by ACER.

Status update, as per February 2013 Orange = Submitted to ACER or ACER’s reasoned opinion has been received Black = NC out for consultation or consultation closed Grey = NC Drafting work Purple = Scoping or Final FWG being Developed, formal letter is expected.
