 Ensure Young People remain at the forefront of Talent Match Humber  Provide a strong representation for all Young People living in the Humber Region  Operate as an excellent forum to gain hands on Experience, Self-Confidence and Aspiration

What we need……

The Research Methods.. The Common Data Framework (Quantitative) Various Qualitative Methods to be carried out by the Young People Partnership

 Programmes to be created with the input from Young People  Activities to be tailored to the need of each individual Young Person  Programmes to tackle the barriers that are associated with long term unemployment  Programmes to be different, unique, we expect something that sits outside of the box

Three Key Components  Engagement, Assessment of Needs and Planning  Indicative Pathways (Individual Pathway Plan)  Progression Outcome

 22% (320) beneficiaries will progress into sustained employment or sustained self employment  30% (435) beneficiaries will progress in Traineeships, Apprenticeships or Further Learning  80% (1,165) beneficiaries will improve their self confidence and ability to cope with long term unemployment and develop resilience to economic activity

 Tenders Documents will be released on Wednesday 26 th February from10am via the website  Tender Documents to returned to HLC by or hand delivered/post by 12 noon on Wednesday 26 th March  Decisions will be made and providers informed by 18 th April with a view to a commence delivery in two phases, May 2014 and Aug/Sep 2014

 Year 1 – 600k – 200 young people  Year 2 – 1.05m young people  Year 3 – 1.2m- 400 young people  Year 4 – 1.05m – 350 young people  Year 5 – 465k – 155 young people  YPP – 155k over 5 years
