Active Participation: Do you offer answers voluntarily? Do you share ideas with the class? Do you repeat after the teacher to practice pronunciation? Are you actively listening during instruction?

Attendance: Do you take your time getting here? Are you always looking for a reason to leave? Do you make excessive/long bathroom trips?

Behavior: Are you a disruption to the class? Do you use your phone during class? Do you talk while the teacher or your classmates are talking?

Group Work: Do you contribute a fair amount during group work? Do you complete your share of the assignments during partner work? Do you cause the group to go off task?

Organization: Are all of your notes in your binder/notebook? Are your notes, vocabulary lists and tests easy to find? Do you keep your work in a folder?

Preparation: Do you come to class everyday with all of the materials that you need? Do you come to class everyday with your homework assignments? Do you study for tests/quizzes?
