How to Complete the Agreement Contract

Go to:

Scroll down and click the “Students” icon

Create a free account or log into your existing account

Scroll down to “Experiential Learning” and click “Submit a New Cooperative Education Agreement.”

Choose the appropriate Agreement Contract link for the semester you are enrolling in.

Complete the top portion of the form and fill in your objectives from your approved worksheet. Type your name at the “X.”

Save this document using your LAST NAME and FIRST INITIAL as the file name. Fill in the online form.

Upload the Agreement Contract that you just saved.
