Method -is an integral part of teaching. It essentially influences a teacher ‘s entire performances in a given learning situation. Teaching -is defined as instructing, tutoring or educating. Method Strategy Techniques

Method - is a systematic plan to achieve a learning objective. It must followed strictly to attain a goal.

Strategy – suggest a teacher’s unique way of presenting a topic to the learners, characterized by adeptness in performing the step w/ outmost care to insure the attainment of learning objectives.

Techniques - refer to the art, style or manner of a teacher’s performances in following the procedure. It includes ones ability or expertise in carrying out a task in a cautions and watchful way.r

Independent Study - is a technique resorted by a teacher in recognition of individual differences among her student.

Narratives - student are encouraged to write their own narrative. They are made to recall past experiences that could help them understand why things happen or what events lead to an important discovery.

Individualize Instruction- is used for a specific purpose and identified client.

Preparing Projects and Collections - it guarantees constructive and productive activities related to the unit being under taken.

Discovery Approach -is a teaching strategy w/c means aims to assists the student in finding solution or answer to a problem or attaining a learning objective through self-discovery.

Constructivist Approach –a process of constructing meaning w/c is greatly influenced by the learners accumulated experienced and understandings.

Experiential Learning –is a way of acquiring knowledge of skills through direct and keen observation followed by an analysis of what has been sensed and understood.

Special Reports –is the preparation of data and other information gathered.

Student’s Research - is employed as a special task in connections w/ lesson planned for a while unit.

Problem Solving - it consist of a fixed step- by-step procedure directed toward finding an answer or a solution to a problem.

Creative Writings –purposely incorporates the act of writing as part of the instruction process.

Cooperative Learning Approach –wherein members help one another to achieve a desire outcome.

Role-Playing –consists of an enactment of a learning situation through w/c they depicts real life responses and behavior.

Socio drama –is an excellent device to make student’s “ gain emphatic awareness” of situation involving conflict.

Peer Tutoring –to tutor means to coach, teach or instruct another or do so among themselves.

Microteaching –consist of teaching a brief lesson to a small group of students in an actual classroom.

Direct Instruction – is a way of teaching w/c helps the students master basic knowledge and skills in a step by step procedure.

Inquiry Approach –one of the most effective and success-guaranteed methods in teaching science & mathematics

Reading –requires the students to search for information from printed and illustrated learning materials.

Integrative Approach –aims to teach “organized bodies knowledge”

Using Instructional Devices –are used to provide a concrete experience about the lesson for the children since they are seen or heard or both.

Experimenting –is described as learning activity wherein a student investigates a problem by manipulating a variable.

Discussion –refer to free communication of ideas between the teacher and the pupils and among the pupil as well.

Reflective Teaching –the ability of the teacher to guide students to reflect on their own experiences in order to arrived at new understandings and meanings.

Concept Teaching –is a big idea or generalization w/c is derived from a number of related particular examples.

Interest Learning Centers –the entire area is divided into several academic learning center.

Team Teaching –it consist of tapping the expertise of two or more teachers in planning, teaching and evaluating the students learning.

Demonstration –teaching strategy that is best employed when expensive equipment will be used.

Field Studies –is an out of the classroom activity intended to present concepts in the most realistic manner.

Lecture –consists of an oral presentation by an expert.

Simulation –is an imitation of a real process or concepts.

Inviting Specialists –enables the students to meet, listen or interview a specialists on a particular topic

Field Trip –is an out of the classroom activity where by children study things in their natural setting.
