Overview  Coordination started 18 months before the outage.  Estimated week outage, took 15 weeks.  Timing arranged to minimize impacts as much as possible.  Locks had to be open by 1 April to allow Fish Barging per BiOp.  Main Commodities affected: ► Wheat ► Fuel/gas transport up river ► Garbage ► Commercial - recreation cruise liners 3
