Looking to widen the progression and award program to all students in summer 2009  International students struggle to follow the instructions, In particular the Chinese students- The instructions were re-written for some students  A few embassy's do not accept an on line copy- we have provided instructions to individuals on how to create an share and create a PDF for themselves to print. We do not widely promote this as we want to promote a paperless system.
