Human settlement, Public Safety and Liaison has taken over all the incomplete housing projects.  In Delareyville the conversion of septic tanks to modern sewer network.  The Spatial Development framework and Land Use Management Scheme have been adopted by Council.(Funded by DBSA)  Dept. 11/25/11  The District has taken functions of Fire Fighters and Environmental Practitioners which the local Municipality did not have capacity to handle.  There are no Service Level Agreement between the Municipality and other government departments.
