Proposed Phased Infrastructure Plan 1.Install new water main down Doris Drive to provide greater fire flow through area and add fire hydrants 2.Install an underground storm drainage system along with a water quality device to alleviate current flooding problems and street deterioration in the area. 3.Extend existing City sanitary sewer system to properties currently served by septic tank/leachfield systems on the southerly portion of the project site. 4.Repair existing street system following installation of underground utilities.
