PRELIMINARY PLAN OF PARK STREET (Route 27) CORRIDOR SEWER STUDY AREA STUDY AREA – Extends from Brockton/Stoughton municipal line, southerly along Park Street (Route 27) to the northerly line of future Fano Drive.

3 GOALS OF THE STUDY Determine the feasibility of constructing a sewer system extension along the Park Street Corridor, including: Sewer extension area, limits and and components Sewer System Capacity (identify current and projected sewer flows) Overall Capital Cost Project Funding and Financing Options Permitting Requirements – MEPA, MassDOT, etc. Potential Funding Sources – matching project to funding sources Public or Private Project – feasibility of privately constructing project Implementation Steps Fiscal Benefits to the Town (study will identify new revenue from growth generated by project)
