5 Clean Rivers Projects in Construction  Irving Street Green Infrastructure Install bioretention facilities in the DDOT Right-of-Way to mitigate flooding in the Bloomingdale neighborhood Contract value: $3.5 million Construction period: Dec 2013 – Mar 2014  M Street Diversion Sewers CSO 015, 016, and 017 Control overflow from CSO 015 and consolidate CSOs 016 and 017 Contract value: $31 million Construction period: Mar 2012 – Dec 2014 The Washington Navy Yard is just west of CSO 015. Bioretention system installed.
