New system initially required more labor to strip surfaces for adhesion, but will make future summers at Park, Old Mill and MVMS easier. Initial reports on performance with scuff mark removal and durability are positive. New Hardwood Floor Care System To Improve the Air Indoor Quality MVSD converted to water-based wood floor coating for 3 the last summers. The system we used the previous two (2) summers had mixed reviews regarding durability and maintainability. Our Lead Custodian, Ndiritu Gachuru, sourced an improved system.
