© Barry D. Yatt. All rights reserved. 11 In addition, the impact of the project on the location should be assessed. Reduced demand is not usually a problem, but increased demand can be. Will the increased number of cars driven by customers dropping off and picking up dogs cause congestion? Will the amount of water used for all that grooming overwhelm the existing sewer lines? Will better cared-for dogs be calmer, reducing the need for police or animal control services?
