Having subscribed to GS1 Philippines, the entrance and annual fees will not be refunded for any reason. Payments can be made by cash or check. Applicants can pay directly to GS1 Philippines office at #20 San Rafael St., Bo. Kapitolyo, Pasig City or have the payment delivered by postal service. Companies outside of Metro Manila can deposit payment to any Union Bank branch through CA# , or Bank of Philippine Islands branch through CA# , both with the Account Name: GS1 Philippines, Inc. Subscription is issued for a period of twelve (12) months upon acceptance by GS1 Philippines and renewable every year thereafter. Failure to renew subscription by paying the applicable annual fees for the period of eighteen (18) months or 1-½ years will automatically cancel your subscription.
