STRATEGY CONCEPT OUTCOME PRODUCTS METHOD PLAN QUESTIONS LEADER COHORTS

T o develop leadership catalysts in each Classes on an ongoing (every two years) basis STRATEGY CONCEPT OUTCOME PRODUCTS METHOD PLAN QUESTIONS LEADER COHORTS

Identify and develop leaders (area-based) who will facilitate and resource leadership development in their region Regions will be demarcated by but not limited to Classical boundaries Training will be on a cohort-based model over a two year period Trainings will be provided through multiple channels: live events and web-based technology Training (character, competence, and knowledge) will follow a transformational learning model hoped to produce Christ- centered, Kingdom-minded leaders STRATEGY CONCEPT OUTCOME PRODUCTS METHOD PLAN QUESTIONS LEADER COHORTS

Every two years, that God will raise a team of such leaders in the CRCNA who multiply and train others to become agents of leadership “culture” change in the CRCNA. STRATEGY CONCEPT OUTCOME PRODUCTS METHOD PLAN QUESTIONS LEADER COHORTS

Training that is cost-effective, transformational, accessible and contextual. Training will be in three areas of leadership development: character leadership competence (skills) knowledge (theology, self culture...) STRATEGY CONCEPT OUTCOME PRODUCTS METHOD PLAN QUESTIONS LEADER COHORTS

Transformational learning model: integration of knowledge, application, and accountability Learning in community Two year cohort based Face to face weekend/week retreats Webinars, web-based discussions Online content One-on-one meeting with mentor One week-long overseas trip: team building, expand world view, fund- raising STRATEGY CONCEPT OUTCOME PRODUCTS METHOD PLAN QUESTIONS LEADER COHORTS

When? Fall 2011 beginning Who will participate? Ideally potential leadership catalysts from each Classis (47) although 30 will be a good start Training resources: Malphurs Group, Duke Divinity, invited resource persons, videos (CLI, example), Arrow, CP Finance: Free to all participants, except for travel costs to retreats (may be subsidized if necessary) and overseas trip (participants need to raise own funds) LEADER COHORTS STRATEGY CONCEPT OUTCOME PRODUCTS METHOD PLAN QUESTIONS
