Type of contract in U.S.A

Differents type of contract are avaible in the U.S.A. This is caused by the political and geographical configuration of the U.S.A: various countries with different legal systems which establish the rules for various types of contract Job on call: It is a kind of contract according to which a company can call an employee anytime. The calling of the employee is due to the company’s productive needs. This type of contract has two main characteristics: ( the flexibility of the work's services and the compensation for the availability). The calling worker will be obligated to give his / her services at any requests, furthermore he / she is obligated to be available to the employer’s needs also after the given service until the following call. Of course the worker has the possibility to refuse the calling, but in this case he/she will lose the whole compensation for the availability. According to the low this kind of contract is possible to be experienced with the employee younger then 25 years old and older then 45 who have been dismissed because of the company reconstruction or close.
